We Baby Boomers were born into an America very different than the America the rest of you were born into. Pollution, debt and economic down turns are not the problem. No, the evil we have caused is far greater than that.
We were born into a America where children were allowed to be children. Where movies and television shows did not need a ratings system to protect children from sexual content and nudity, vulgar language or gratuitous violence. We prayed in school. There were no metal detectors or security personnel required. High school Principals’ main concerns were students running in the halls, talking in class and chewing gum. Now it is violence, pregnancy and drug abuse.
